Two new courses on the banks of the River Eden, both beautifully landscaped. An 18 hole championship course and its 9 hole companion - Hadrian's Course.

Brampton Golf Club
18 holes. Par 72. About 5 miles away.
A challenging small course, with views north to Scotland. Short, sharp hills will keep you fit and keep you interested.
Penrith Golf Club
18 holes. Par 69. About 20 miles south of Warwick Hall.
What a location! Views to the Lake District to die for and classic old fashioned golf on this very pretty course.
Silloth Golf Club
18 holes. Par 72. About 20 miles to the west of us.
This is the old dowager Queen of Cumbria Golf courses. A famous seaside links course that charms, seduces, and demands your very best efforts.
Appleby Golf Club
18 holes. Par 68. About 30 miles, but all motorway.
Very pretty, not too easy, not too hard - this is a well loved course.
Kendal Golf Club
18 holes. Par 70. A 45 minute drive - not sure how far - a good choice for a day's outing in the Lake District.
Keswick Golf Club
18 holes. Par 71.About 30 minute drive on fast roads.
The views will console you if this challenging course makes too many demands.
